Indoor Space

Step into our versatile 3,600 square-foot heated barn, a welcoming canvas for events of all kinds. Its clean concrete floor provides a functional surface for dancing, dining, and various event setups. We offer seating with tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, along with banquet tables for flexible arrangements. Your guests can enjoy their favorite beverages with ease at our fully equipped bar.

Outdoor Features

Explore U Rock Ranch's rustic event space: nestled in scenic hills, our barn blends seamlessly with the surrounding farmland. A tranquil atmosphere awaits. Perfect for weddings and retreats, the spacious layout and expansive windows offer breathtaking views.

2024 Rental Rates

BANQUET PACKAGE - $1000

Gatherings up to 100 people for 7-12 hours.
Includes the use of tables and chairs.

A $500 Refundable Deposit is required at booking. 

WEDDING PACKAGE

We have a “prep kitchen” available at this time. It is equipped with an oven and stove top, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, and prep tables. There is no running water, however, we can provide containers with both warm and cold water if needed. 

Our facility is equipped with clean port-a potties, serviced weekly and a hand washing station. 

*Please note if liquor is to be served at your event a Washington State Banquet Permit is required to be on file at our facility during your event.
This permit will be done by the renter at their own expense.

PARTY / MEETING PACKAGE - $500

Birthday Party / Special Occasion / Shower
Corporate or Business Meetings 

Gatherings of up to 50 people for up to 6 hours.
Includes the use of tables and chairs.

A $300 Refundable Deposit is required at booking.
